We are a small consultant company with base in Hobro, Denmark. We work out solutions for both local authorities as well as private companies in the area. Our goal is to give a 100% loyal and professional service to all our costumers. We always start from every customers individual situation and problem. We never use standardized solutions.

We are very experienced in giving advisory and we have a wide range of services but all our solutions turns on people and the labour market. We have 2 core services: Plus Consult Career and Plus Consult Business.

Plus Consult Career

Our customers in this area are primarily the local authorities. The task is to help citizens find employment. Since the beginning we have specialised in helping refugees and immigrants finding employment and we have a lot of experience in this area. We also work with citizens on social security and help them being clarified about their situation ? strengths and weakness? - and advice them on how to find employment.

Plus Consult Business

This core service is about educating and advising companies and their employees. We custom-build all our solutions. We are specialised in the area of coaching, network, communication and teamwork as we believe these areas are of crucial importance to the companies survival and the employees motivation and wellbeing.

How did it all begin?

Plus Consult was established in 2002 by Edin Hajder. Plus Consult was established with an intend to work with human resources using innovative and sometimes unconventional methods to develop new initiatives for the labour market. These initiatives should take both the employers and the employees? needs in to account.
